4. Free and Premium Access
StockPax.com offers two tiers of access. Free accounts can view free research scans and access archive content from the past 30 days. Premium accounts unlock all premium research, full analyst notes, technical chart levels, and access to the full 90-day archive history. All active research scans remain in the live feed for up to 14 days before moving to the archive. The archive is maintained for a total of 90 days from the original publication date of each scan.
5. Subscriptions and Payment
Premium access is available on a subscription basis. Current pricing is displayed on the StockPax.com website and may be updated from time to time. Existing subscribers will be notified of any price changes before they take effect on their account. Subscriptions are for personal, non-commercial use only. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any subscription offering with reasonable notice.
Premium access is currently activated manually by our team after payment is confirmed. We do not store or process payment card information on our website. Refunds are generally not available given the digital nature of the content, but if you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us promptly and we will review your case.
6. Archive Policy
Research scans are published in the active feed and remain there for up to 14 days. After 14 days, each scan moves to the archive where it is retained for up to 90 days from its original publication date. Free users may access archive content from the past 30 days. Premium users may access the full 90-day archive. All archived content is provided for historical and educational reference only and does not reflect current market conditions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content published on StockPax.com, including research scans, chart annotations, analyst notes, pattern identifications, and written commentary is the proprietary intellectual property of StockPax.com. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our explicit written permission. Using the built-in Share feature to reference individual research scans for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted. Any systematic, automated, or commercial use of our content is strictly prohibited.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use StockPax.com content as the sole or primary basis for any investment decision, not to redistribute or resell our research in any form, not to misrepresent our content as investment advice or trading recommendations, not to scrape or systematically extract data from the website, not to use automated tools or bots to access the platform, not to share your account credentials with others, and not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
