No Refunds on Digital Content: All StockPax subscriptions provide immediate access to digital research content upon payment. Because this content is delivered and consumed instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Nature of Our Product
StockPax publishes digital technical research and chart pattern analysis. This content is delivered electronically and made available to subscribers immediately upon successful payment. Due to the instant, digital, and consumable nature of our research publications, we are unable to offer refunds once access has been granted.
This policy is standard across the digital research and financial education publishing industry and is consistent with platforms that deliver educational content, newsletters, and research subscriptions.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel Anytime — No Future Charges: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to your subscription until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after that date. We do not charge cancellation fees of any kind.
To cancel your subscription, log into your account and manage your subscription from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle.
No Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial or pro-rata refunds for unused days remaining in a billing period after cancellation. Your access continues through the full period you have already paid for, and no further charges will be made after that.
Billing & Payment Disputes
StockPax processes all payments through a third-party payment processor. If you believe you have been charged in error, or if you experience a technical billing issue such as a duplicate charge or an unauthorized transaction, you must contact our payment processor directly to resolve the issue. StockPax does not have direct access to your payment details and cannot process refunds outside of the payment processor's system.
When contacting the payment processor regarding a billing dispute, please have the following ready: your registered email address, the date of the charge, and the transaction amount. Contact details for the payment processor are provided at the time of checkout and in your subscription confirmation email.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting our payment processor to resolve a billing issue may result in the immediate suspension of your StockPax account. We take all chargeback disputes seriously and will respond with full transaction records, access logs, and content delivery confirmation to the relevant financial institution.
Exceptions
In rare cases where a user selected an incorrect subscription plan, such as annual instead of monthly, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis. To report a technical access issue, contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of the charge. We will investigate and respond promptly.
