You must be at least 18 years of age to use StockPax.com. By accessing the website, you confirm that you meet this requirement. StockPax.com is intended for users who understand the risks associated with financial markets and who are capable of making their own independent decisions.
2. Nature of the Service
StockPax.com is an educational research publication. We publish technical chart analysis and market structure observations on U.S.-listed stocks and ETFs for educational purposes only. StockPax.com functions as a digital research journal and is not a financial advisory service, investment adviser, brokerage, dealer, or trading recommendation platform. Our coverage is limited exclusively to U.S.-listed stocks and ETFs on the NYSE and NASDAQ. We do not cover futures, options, forex, cryptocurrency, commodities, international markets, or OTC securities. Nothing published on StockPax.com constitutes investment advice, financial advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Users remain solely responsible for their own investment decisions.
3. User Accounts
You may create a free account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity occurring under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms, misuse of the platform, fraudulent activity, or unauthorized sharing of account access.
4. Free and Premium Access
StockPax offers two tiers of access.

Active research analysis remain in the live feed for up to 14 market days before moving to the archive.
5. Subscriptions and Payment
Premium access is available through recurring subscriptions. Current pricing is displayed on StockPax.com and may be updated from time to time. Existing subscribers will be notified before any pricing changes become effective.
Subscription checkout and payment processing are securely handled through Whop.com's billing system. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that payment transactions are processed by Whop.com under its own terms and policies. StockPax.com does not collect, store, or process payment card information on its own website or servers and is not responsible for payment processing errors or interruptions caused by Whop's billing system. Subscriptions are for personal, non-commercial use only. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any subscription offering with reasonable notice.
6. Archive Policy
Research scans remain in the active feed for up to 14 market days after publication.
After 14 market days, each scan moves to the archive where it remains available for up to 60 days from its original publication date. Research older than 60 days is removed automatically. This is a web maintenance policy, not a guarantee of any specific record-keeping period.
7. Intellectual Property
All content published on StockPax.com, including research scans, chart annotations, analyst notes, pattern identifications, written commentary, graphics, and other materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of StockPax.com. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, republish, sell, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use StockPax.com content as the sole basis for investment decisions, not to redistribute or resell our research, not to represent our content as investment advice, not to scrape or systematically extract website data, not to use bots or automated tools to access the platform, not to share account credentials with others, and not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Users should conduct their own independent research and, where appropriate, seek advice from a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
StockPax.com is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, availability, or uninterrupted operation of the website or its content.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, StockPax.com and its owners, employees, contributors, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the website or reliance on its content, including financial losses. Under no circumstances shall the total liability of StockPax.com exceed the amount paid by the user for subscriptions during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Use of the website and its content is entirely at your own risk.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The date shown at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of StockPax.com after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revision, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the website and cancel any active subscription.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of law. Any disputes arising from the use of StockPax.com shall be resolved through binding arbitration, and users waive the right to pursue claims through class actions or representative proceedings, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
