No Refunds on Digital Content: This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases of StockPax Premium subscriptions made through Whop.com. By purchasing a StockPax subscription through Whop, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Nature of Our Product
StockPax.com provides access to digital educational content, including technical market research publications, chart analysis, market commentary, and related educational materials.
Because access to digital content is granted immediately after purchase, refund eligibility differs from that of physical goods.
Subscription Purchases Through Whop
All StockPax Premium subscriptions are sold through Whop.com. Whop serves as the billing and checkout system for StockPax and processes all subscription payments directly.
StockPax does not directly process payment cards, store payment card information, or manage payment systems.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate delivery of premium content, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable once access has been granted. Except where required by applicable law, any refund request is reviewed solely at the discretion of StockPax and does not create any obligation to issue a refund.
Refund requests may be considered in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to: duplicate charges resulting from a billing error, failure to receive purchased access due to a verified technical issue, or incorrect charges caused by a platform or payment processing error. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.
No Satisfaction Guarantee
StockPax does not guarantee any particular user experience, investment outcome, trading performance, profitability, or satisfaction with the Service. Dissatisfaction with the research, educational content, analysis, methodology, or market commentary does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Refund Request Process
If you believe you qualify for a refund review, you should first review the applicable policies provided by Whop and submit any required request through the appropriate Whop support channels. You may also contact StockPax regarding service-access issues at [email protected]. StockPax will cooperate with Whop where necessary to investigate legitimate billing concerns.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel Anytime — No Fees: You can cancel your StockPax subscription at any time directly from your Whop account. You will keep full access until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees apply.
How to cancel — step by step:
- STEP 1Go to whop.com and log in using the email address you used at checkout.
- STEP 2Click your profile icon in the top right corner.
- STEP 3Navigate to "My Purchases" or "Memberships".
- STEP 4Find your StockPax subscription and click it.
- STEP 5Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm. You will receive an email confirmation from Whop.
After cancellation, your access remains active through the end of your current paid billing period. No further charges will be made after that date.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period. Users are responsible for cancelling recurring subscriptions before their next renewal date. Failure to cancel before renewal does not automatically entitle a user to a refund, except where required by applicable law.
Billing and Payment Processing
All payments are processed through Whop's billing system. StockPax does not collect, store, or process payment card information. Payment information is governed by the policies, security procedures, and terms established by Whop.
StockPax is not responsible for payment processing errors, banking failures, payment disputes, chargeback processing, or service interruptions attributable to Whop's billing system.
Chargebacks
If you experience a billing issue, we encourage you to contact both Whop Support and StockPax Support before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent, abusive, or unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension or permanent termination of access to StockPax services, subject to applicable law.
StockPax reserves the right to contest any chargeback and provide relevant transaction records and account activity to the applicable payment processor or financial institution. Nothing in this section limits any rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update this Refund & Return Policy at any time. The date displayed at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of StockPax services after updated policies become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. If you do not agree with any revision, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Service and cancel any active subscription.
